LEATHER STITCHING HOLE PUNCH PLIER
Steel pliers for punching 1.5 mm (1/16") diameter round holes. Ideal for hand-stitching leather.Pliers lock in closed position with a steel wire hook.
Designed for use on leather, vinyl, and plastic.
Deco Cuir's Tip:
When punching a hole, always add a scrap piece of leather, called a "sacrificial layer", between your leather piece and the pliers' anvil. This will allow you to achieve a clean cut and prevent dulling the cutting edge of the punch.
The punch is made of very resistant steel and can be replaced if worn (replacement tips sold in stores - code 3237).
To change the tip, simply unscrew it with an 8mm wrench.
